Peacefully, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with his family by his side on Saturday September 9, 2023, James, aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Danella, much loved and devoted dad to John, Bruce and James, father-in-law to Aileen, Linda and Sarah. A cherished granda to Andrew, Stuart, Emma-James, Laura, Brontë and Gabriel, a loving brother-in-law, a dear uncle and a good friend to all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at Alexander Buchan & Son Funeral Chapel, Denmark Street, Fraserburgh on Wednesday September 20 at 11am, thereafter to Kirkton Cemetery, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations may be given in lieu, if so desired, at the Chapel door in aid of The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). Very dearly and sadly missed.
